INSTRUCTIONS FOR FORMATTING FULL PAPERS

General formatting guidelines

Please use Microsoft Word

• FONT: Times New Roman, Size 12, single spacing, justified
• Page format A4
• Page Margins (top: 2.5cm, bottom: 2.5cm, left: 3.2cm, right: 2.5cm)
• Maximum number of pages is 15 inclusive of figures, tables and references, however not including the extended abstract (If paper is longer than 15 pages the server will not accept it)
• In preparing your paper for submission you will need to provide a manuscript, with no author details:

• Footnotes should be placed at the bottom of the page and should be kept to a minimum.
• Page numbers for your manuscript should be 10 point, centred and placed in the footer.

Illustrations

DO NOT use any shading in illustrations as it does not reproduce well.  To indicate differentiation on bar graphs, etc., use crosshatches or patterns.

Appendices should immediately follow the body of the paper.  The word Appendix should be a first level heading.  If there is more than one appendix, number each consecutively.

Submitting Your Final Paper

To submit your final paper, please refer to the abstract submission acknowledgement email you received when you first submitted your abstract - you were provided with a speaker zone link and an access code - you will need to log into the speaker zone to upload your manuscript. If you are unable to find this information please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
